NOTE: 
Due to low numbers of players on 9/16, teams were adjusted as follows:
Edward Jones and Thrivent/Bob's players were distributed to the 6 other teams, so EJ and T/B's teams were assigned ties. 
In addition, some of the remaining 6 teams were scheduled to play different teams than originally scheduled, as follows:
